By accessing or using KOdex (the "Service"), provided by the operators of kodex.bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

KOdex is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NHRL. KOdex publishes ratings and records covering NHRL-ruleset competition only; that is a description of scope, not a claim of affiliation. See the About page for data sources and attribution.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ratings, records, and other figures are computed from third-party competition data and may contain errors, omissions, or delays, particularly during live events. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to break any applicable law or to infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, copy, or redistribute content at a scale or in a manner that burdens the Service or misrepresents its source.
• use the data to profile, track, or target individuals or groups for advertising or similar purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of kodex.bot and their contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Please KOdex responsibly. :3

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
